Brooke Shields has always been known for iconic bold eyebrows. Even when thin eyebrows were trending, Shields stayed steadfast in her thick, bushy brow look. After years of the public fawning over her perfect brows, Shields has finally shared some of her secrets. There’s one essential product she uses to get her iconic eyebrows that you definitely never saw coming.

“Here’s how I create THE eyebrows!” she wrote below an Instagram Reel. Sporting rollers and a robe, Shields takes us through her quick two-step tutorial. First Shields pulls out the Prismacolor Ebony Graphite Drawing Pencil ($2). This pencil is not made for filling in eyebrows, and it’s likely not suitable for skin, but that doesn’t stop the supermodel.

“It’s actually for an artist to draw,” explained Shields while laughing. Although it may be the key to Shields’ timeless eyebrows, it’s worth discussing usage with your dermatologist before putting graphite on your face.

Then Shields shares a more standard product, Trish McEvoy Brow Perfector ($33). “It keeps them sort of really pretty and fresh,” said Shields of the lightly pigmented pomade pencil. The product is meant to tame pesky brows and provide a soft hold throughout the day.
