Goldie Hawn Just Won the Golden Globes With This Age-Defying Look
It’s easy to forget how old our favorite celebrities actually are, especially since—thanks to plastic surgery and amazing skin care routines—they tend to look quite a few years younger than their real age. Well, while that’s certainly the case for many famous faces that grace our television screens, no one quite pulls it off like Goldie Hawn.

At 71-years-old, Hawn attended the 74th Golden Globe Awards in a black off-the-shoulder gown, a maroon smoky eye and her hair swept into a piecey updo to show off her youthful décolletage. Goldie, who was a presenter for the award show with Snatched costar, Amy Schumer, clearly looked at least a decade younger than her actual age while walking the red carpet.
However, Hawn certainly wasn’t afraid to show her fans that it took a bit of help for her transformation, posting an image via Instagram to debut a sneak peek at the behind-the-scenes work it took to create her look. Celebrity hairstylist Riawna Capri and makeup artist Joey Maalouf gather around Hawn in the shot as she preps for the Golden Globes, humorously showing us that she got a little help with her look before heading off to the red carpet.
Surprisingly, the inspiration behind the look came from Goldie herself. "I want that perfect bathtub hair," Capri reveals Goldie requested via Instagram, referring to her loose, piecey bun.
Goldie Hawn’s upcoming movie, Snatched, will be released May 12, 2017.
