I’ve been on the CBD bandwagon for a while now, after heavily researching the topic for a story last year and testing just about every tincture on the market. So what is a tincture exactly? It’s an oil-based supplement that gets administered sublingual, meaning under the tongue, via a dropper. This allows the CBD and oil combo (it’s often mixed with MCT or grape seed oil) to be rapidly absorbed into the blood vessels for quicker relief of anxiety, but no “high” whatsoever.
