I rarely find the time to work out, and even when I do, it’s one of my least favorite things to do. In the morning I prefer sleeping in, and by the time I get home at night, I’m too tired to do anything strenuous. That was until I discovered Yoga Booty Ballet, an intriguing blend of calming yoga poses and a surprisingly intense workout that targets the upper and lower body all at the same time. The unique yoga/ballet positions are extremely challenging and effective, yet somehow relaxing as well. My thighs, arms, butt and stomach are definitely firmer, and this is only my first week!
