Coming in strong this year as the number-one mascara, according to a tally from the approximately 9,900 stores in the U.S., is the one and only L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise Washable Mascara ($11). The mascara lengthens and volumizes, and makes life easy by doing it with one swipe.
