The video, which has amassed more than 1.6 million views shows a Vanilla Mint lip balm being sliced in half with a hot knife. As the product melts in the heat, it almost looks like a mini-cake being sliced in two. Many commenters have noted that watching the video is oddly soothing and satisfying. The video was so popular that the account made a second one showing the process in reverse. We’ll add this one to the list of “unconventional uses for lip balm.”
