If anyone knows how to own a room—and a new chapter—it’s Melanie Brown (aka Mel B). The Spice Girl-turned-wellness advocate has never been one to shy away from hard conversations, and menopause is no exception. Now 50, Brown is teaming up with Revive Collagen as the brand’s new global brand ambassador for its menopause range, and the partnership feels anything but contractual.
“Revive Collagen was already part of my daily routine before this partnership,” Brown says, pressing a sachet into my hand mid-conversation. “Rip it open and try it!” We’re tucked into a back room at Ulta Beauty’s Herald Square store, where she’s just about to greet a devoted—and notably sizable—crowd of fans that extends around the block. “Which made the decision to work together feel incredibly natural.” It’s that kind of easy, unscripted candor that makes her the right person for the conversation.

The brand’s menopause lineup, including Peri Menopause ($55), Menopause Max ($63) and Menopause Beauty Sleep ($60), delivers up to 10 grams of hydrolyzed marine collagen per ready-to-drink serving, targeting skin, hair, nail and joint changes that come with hormonal shifts. Results, the brand says, can show up in as little as six to eight weeks.
“I very rarely partner with brands at all,” Brown says. “It just so happened, I was turning 50 and I’m like, ‘I think I’m going through menopause.’ I had all the symptoms…the hot flashes, brain fog, unable to sleep. Then, out of nowhere, Revive landed in my lap.”
She stresses that she wasn’t interested in going the hormone replacement therapy (HRT) route, and says the Menopause Max formula (her personal go-to) made a near-immediate difference. “Since I started taking the sachets, I’ve felt a massive difference, especially in my sleep and night sweats.”

The routine is refreshingly simple. Every morning, her husband brings her coffee, alongside her collagen sachet. “It’s a tiny little sachet, it tastes really good and it’s the most potent one on the market,” she says. “It gives you everything. I swear by it.”
But for Brown, this is bigger than a beauty supplement. “Think about it. Billions of women go through this. Why aren’t we talking about it? Why don’t we have more support?” she says. “We need to educate ourselves and not be embarrassed about it.”
It’s a message that feels very on-brand for a woman who has spent decades advocating for women, from her MBE for domestic violence awareness to her memoir, Brutally Honest. “I’ve gone from girl power to woman power,” she says simply. “Whatever happens to women, I want to be at the forefront.”
The Revive Collagen menopause range starts at $46 and is available at Ulta Beauty, Walgreens, Amazon and us.revivecollagen.com.
