Margot Robbie is expecting her first child, as reported by People and confirmed by multiple sources. Adding to the excitement, the 34-year-old actress and her husband, film producer Tom Ackerley, were recently spotted on vacation in Lake Como, with baby bump photos to prove it. In paparazzi photos snapped on the trip, the Barbiestar is seen wearing a crop top, proudly embracing her growing belly.
Robbie and Ackerley tied the knot in December 2016 in Byron Bay, Australia. Instead of going on a honeymoon right away, the two went straight to work on the film, I, Tonya. “We did this film instead of our honeymoon,” Robbie told Extrain 2017. “There were times we were sitting in a car parked in Atlanta, freezing cold being like, ‘We should be on a beach right now. We should be on a honeymoon. What are we doing?!’ Following our dream.” (Worth noting: They did go on a real honeymoon to The Brando resort in Tahiti once filming wrapped.)
The duo met three years earlier on the set of Suite Française. “I was the ultimate single gal,” Robbie told Vogue in 2016, reflecting on when they met. “The idea of relationships made me want to vomit. And then this crept up on me. We were friends for so long. I was always in love with him, but I thought, Oh, he would never love me back. Don’t make it weird, Margot. Don’t be stupid and tell him that you like him.
And then it happened, and I was like, Of course we’re together. This makes so much sense, the way nothing has ever made sense before.”

Robbie and Ackerley aren’t just spouses and occasional colleagues; they are always together, both personally and professionally. The couple co-founded LuckyChap Entertainment in 2014, which has produced several major films, including I, Tonya, Barbie, and Promising Young Woman, among others.
In a recent interview with The Sunday Times, Ackerley shared that they spend a casual “24 hours a day” together. “It’s seamless,” he said about blending business and pleasure. “We don’t have a toggle on, toggle off. It’s all become one thing.”
