Levine, MD as the doctor behind her headline-making facelift, but this new wave of cosmetic surgery transparency really took off when Kylie Jenner casually shared the exact details of her breast augmentation. The same celebrity who once sparked a global lip filler conversation has now helped normalize the idea of being open about what you’ve had done. And while one star sharing is notable, five or six speaking up? That’s officially a trend.

With just viral comment in response to a TikTok asking for exact “order,” Jenner kicked off a transparency movement among celebs and influencers. “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle,” she wrote. “silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.” Now, others are sharing their own “orders” and plastic surgery journeys in exact detail: cc sizes, implant types, incision styles, even their surgeons.

Cavallari took to Instagram to answer a fan’s question about her breast implant size, revealing that while her look hasn’t changed dramatically, she did go slightly bigger. “I was 300 cc before and now I’m 340.
