When it comes to professional skin care, aestheticians are the bridge between science and everyday results. This National Aesthetician Day, Alastin Skincare is highlighting its impact with something new: a first-of-its-kind Aesthetician Program that brings together standout professionals who lead with science, elevate patient education and collaborate closely with physicians.

“We want to strengthen Alastin’s science and technology with this group and elevate them as much as we can,” says Lauren Snow, Director of Education and Engagement at Alastin. “They’re an extension of our mission to support patients through every step of their aesthetic journey.” The inaugural class of 27 aestheticians was hand-selected by the brand’s field team and includes practitioners known for pairing in-office treatments with smart at-home regimens to enhance results.

Each member of the group received an official welcome box, complete with products including Regenerating Skin Nectar ($258) and Restorative Skin Complex ($258), as well as branded scrubs. The group will soon be traveling to Alastin’s Carlsbad headquarters for a full-day training experience focused on science, product integration and procedure pairing. “They will also help shape future education as part of Alastin’s newly formed Aesthetician Advisory Board,” adds Snow.

“We already do well with our physicians because of our roots in science,” Snow continues. “Now we want to really elevate aestheticians as thought leaders too.” The plan is to create a new class each year, with ongoing opportunities for engagement through webinars, peer-to-peer training and national congresses. “It’s about creating a community,” Snow adds. “These professionals are on a whole other level, and we want to grow with them.”
