Say what you will about Khloé Kardashian, but the television star, mother and entrepreneur knows a thing or two about kicking her fitness and nutrition routines into high gear.

In addition to her serious gym schedule, the 36-year-old shared that she also relies on drinking tons of water every day—we’re talking a full gallon—to keep her looking and feeling her best. Lucky for us, she’s also sharing the expert trick (and bottle!) getting her through.

“My nutritionist, who I haven’t seen in forever [laughs], would always tell me that the more you drink, the thirstier you will become,” says Kardashian on Instagram Stories. “That is very true because I feel like I’m becoming more and more thirsty and it’s easier to consume all of this,” she says, sharing a photo of her gallon water bottle ($22), which features time stamps along the side to help keep you on track throughout the day.

“I believe today is day four of my water journey,” says Kardashian, updating those joining her on her challenge this morning. “So far, I have completed every day and I’ve finished this entire gallon jug [each day].”

Aside from simply drinking more water to remain thirsty, Kardashian shares she also loves dropping fruit slices into her bottle for natural flavor. Today’s lineup: Fresh ginger, cucumbers, mint leaves, lemon slices and a little bit of grapefruit.

Consuming an adequate amount of water each day is crucial to keep the body working like it should, but also goes a long way in preventing extra water retention, or unwanted bloat. As Kardashian says, “Happy hydrating!”
