Jennifer Aniston might not be the most active celebrity on Instagram yet—the actress finally joined the social platform in 2019—but when she does make an appearance, it’s worth noting.
On her feed today, the actress and Vital Proteins chief creative officer shared her favorite daily smoothie and a step-by-step of how to make it at home.
Standing in her kitchen, Aniston prepares her “favorite smoothie,” jam-packed with good-for-you greens, fruits and super-powders. Inside her blender: one cup of chocolate almond milk, two scoops of Vital Proteins Chocolate Collagen Peptides, matcha powder, a spoonful of almond butter, spinach, cherries, banana, a few Stevia drops, antioxidants and one cup of ice. Pop them all in a blender and pulse until it reaches the perfect sippable texture. “Consistency is key,” she notes.
Along with fueling her body with the proper nutrition—Aniston says she has been a fan of Vital Proteins long before she joined the team—the star has shared she relies on meditation, yoga, writing and staying active to round out her wellness routine.
