From her time as executive creative director at J.Crew to founding her own line of natural falsies and owning the title of editor-in-chief at large at Coveteur, Jenna Lyons is undoubtedly one of the most trustworthy experts in the world of fashion and beauty. While she’s also well known for her gray streaks and signature red lip, Lyons ageless complexion is not to be overlooked. Lucky for us, the 56-year-old style icon just revealed her entire skin- and body-care routine, including the product she wishes she found earlier.
Jenna Lyons’ Skin- and Body-Care Staple Products
Personally, I find it hard to believe that Jenna Lyons is a day over 30, and much of that has to do with her radiant complexion. As the businesswoman told The New York Times, the first step to creating her signature glow is a series of Noble Panacea’s Cleansing Balm & Exfoliating Refiner ($185), Hydrating Preparation Essence ($130) and Glow Hydration Oil ($235). “That makes me really glowy and dewy,” she told the outlet.
Lyons also noted that she’s not one to wear a lot of makeup, but if she is opting for a glam moment, she starts her nighttime skin-care routine with Makeup For Ever’s Gentle Eye Gel Waterproof Eye & Lip Makeup Remover ($29). “I’ll use the same cleanser at night with a washcloth and water,” Lyons continues. “Then a toner like Biologique Recherche Lotion P50, followed by Noble Panacea’s Brilliant Glow Hydration Oil ($235). I leave packets of Chronobiology Sleep Mask ($326) by my bed so I can slather that on right before I go to sleep.” The final step in Lyons’ skin-care routine is a product she wishes she had earlier: The LYMA Laser ($2,695). “I think it’s really great,” she says.
What is a good skin-care routine without killer body products to match? For Lyons, body care is essential, as she told The New York Times, “I’m religious about the U Beauty the Sculpt Arm Compound ($98), and they have a Resurfacing Body Compound ($128) I love. I use a Raw Honey Crystal Mask ($65) from Tata Harper on my butt—I don’t think it’s for your butt, I think it’s for your face, but that’s where I put it. I will not travel without Kiehl’s Creme de Corps ($37).”
