Describing her style as “Daniel Lee for Bottega Venetta meets Pheobe Philo for Celine,” scientist-slash-personal trainer-slash-fashion influencer Grece Ghanem is a force—a 53-year-old social media maven who has taken Instagram by storm with her timeless aesthetic and unique combination of masculine-sensual femininity.

Cleansing Water
Her day starts with an elixir of lukewarm lemon water with apple cider vinegar, pink Himalayan salt and a hint of cayenne. “It helps detox my body from any overnight toxins—and I always drink a glass of warm water before going to bed.”

Discovery Channel
Counting herself a recent convert to the benefits of dermarolling, she swears by using the tool once a week for a smoother complexion and credits Tata Harper Elixir Vitae ($450) as her favorite beauty product of the moment.

Greatest Hits
Paris is her favorite city, Nocturnal Animals herfavorite movie, Grace: The American Vogue Years her favorite art book, and ABBA tops the list when it comes to music.

Café Culture
Ghanem calls Montreal home and loves to visit her local sushi spot, Shodan, on the regular. “I also like to go to Café Olimpico for a true Italian espresso!”

Focus Group
“Skin care is my ultimate focus. I am a huge advocate for a very natural look; I rarely wear any makeup during the day. If I do, I apply a layer of Chanel Le Volume Mascara ($32) to my lashes and brush up my brows with a clear gel. If my skin needs it, I will lightly apply By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra- Foundation ($59) to certain areas, but not my full face.”

Routine Matters
Her a.m. skin-care routine does not skimp: “I start by cleansing with Ceramic Slip by Sunday Riley ($35), and then I use my ReFa Carat Face Roller ($220) for 10 minutes. I follow up with Forell’d Hyalogy lotion, which my facialist recommends, and a layer of SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic ($166). I finish with the Capture Youth Plumping Serum ($95), Advanced Crème ($95) and Advanced Eye Treatment ($64) from Dior’s Age-Delay line. I also use SPF daily.”
