Glam squads galore relied on the power of a classic nude lip at last night’s Golden Globes to pull their clients’ looks together. Here, the best of the best.

“As I wanted the focus on the eyes, I was hoping to make the lips disappear with a flushed powdery pink,” says Boynton’s makeup artist Jo Baker. “I applied CHANEL Le Rouge Duo Ultra Tenue in Merry Rose ($38), which did the trick to perfection!”
Celebrity makeup artist Vincent Oquendo used a couple of coats of Maybelline Superstay Ink Crayon in Trust Your Gut ($9.50) to perfect The Morning Show star’s nude pout.
Celebrity makeup artist Dana Hamel says she used a lip brush to apply Phyto-Levres Perfect Pencil in Rose Tea ($57) all over Zellweger’s lips before finishing it off with Le Phyto-Rouge in Beige Tahiti ($57) combined with a “touch of Phyto-Lip Delight in Pretty ($55) to give her lips a beautiful sheen.”
Celebrity makeup artist Ash K Holm opted to line Cavallari’s lips with BUXOM Cosmetics Plumpline Lip Liner ($18). “I also used a light layer of BUXOM Cosmetics PillowPout Creamy Plumping Lip Powder ($22) in the center of lips in shade Cozy Up to keep the lips neutral,” she adds. For a glossy finish, Holm used BUXOM Cosmetics Full-On Plumping Lip Cream ($21) in White Russian.
To prep Paltrow’s lips before hitting the Red Carpet, celebrity makeup artist Georgie Eisdell used Chantecaille Lip Potion ($44). Next up: A touch of nude color with Chantecaille Lip Veil in Tamboti ($48) and a finishing touch of the brand’s Lip Definer in Discreet ($26) and Brilliant Gloss in Modern ($36).
