Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause has captured our attention with her award show looks this year (and last, and the year before). The 41-year-old TV personality and real estate agent and knows how to work a red carpet, from head to toe. At tonight’s People’s Choice Awards, Stause stunned in a voluminous updo and curtain bangs, a la Pamela Anderson’s signature ’90s look. “We went with the classic and elegant glam look to match her sheer, sparkly, high-neck Laquan Smith gown,” says celebrity hairstylist Bradley Leake.

First, Leake prepped Stause’s dry hair with Color Wow Style on Steroids Texture Color-Safe Spray “for flexible hold, volume and heat protection.” (Chris Appleton loves this product too for giving the hair major volume and a fuller look. (If you’re wearing your hair down, flip your head over and spray the under layers as well—it makes a huge difference!)

Then Leake curled her hair with the 1.5-inch Boujee Beauty Bigg 38mm Curling Iron “to create soft movement and add curl throughout the ends.” He also added volume to her hairline with the Brdy Jay Velcro Roller Set from his own line (velcro rollers have made quite the comeback this year!).

To give her bun some extra oomph, he added Hidden Crown Clip Ins in Light Caramel Honey Blonde Mix 622. “I pulled back her hairline, evening out the fringe for soft movement,” Leake says. “Then I finished the look with Color Wow’s Cult-Favorite Firm + Flexible Hairspray and Extra Mist-tical Shine Spray.”
