As someone who actively works to avoid pimple-popping videos on the Internet, I’ve unfortunately still seen my fair share of extraction demos. Because people are obsessed with these super graphic videos, it’s seriously hard to browse the Internet without coming across the latest and greatest removal recordings, which is exactly how I found this little gem.

In a recent Instagram post from Dr. Sandra Lee, better known as Dr. Pimple Popper, a pebble-size blackhead is squeezed out from deep within the skin. It took quite a few tries—using both a comedone extractor tool and slanted tweezers—before the blackhead finally slid out, but when it finally broke free, it was pretty epic.
Even though the video is a little hard to watch, it is pretty satisfying to see the completely cleaned out pore. Watch the video for yourself below, but be warned, it’s pretty graphic.
