Khloé Kardashian Responds to Hurtful ‘Face Transplant’ Rumors

Self-help meme queen Khloé Kardashian went on the "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast this week to talk about all things Khloé, including daughter True, her relationship with Tristan Thompson and some of the unfair criticism she says she’s received about her changing looks.

The 37-year-old star says it really cut deep when people would comment about her face and speculate that she’s had extensive facial surgery, calling it a “face transplant.” “It did used to bother me when people were [saying] I'd had 12 face transplants,” she told host Amanda Hirsch. “I'm like, ‘Oh, my God. I have?’ I was like, ‘That's crazy.’ It didn't bother me. It offended me. I just couldn't figure out why people thought that.”

To add insult to injury, Kardashian says she’s been open about the facial surgery she’s undergone, so it’s confusing as to why people were so baffled by her newly enhanced look. She has previously admitted to a rhinoplasty procedure, of which she said: “I want everyone to know… I don’t care to lie about it. But the transplant thing… that sounds amazing later in life, but for now, I’m good.”

Chalking the chatter up to unfair comparisons, she noted that anyone watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians over its 14-year run may have expected her to look the same over time or have compared her to her sisters. “Either with the old me versus what I look like now, or even just comparing me to my sisters all the time. It's like, you guys, this is what we look like. So, I feel like you should know by now, and enough,” she said. “As far as more surgery, it's not happening any time soon.”
