On any given day, celebrity facialist Joanna Vargas has her hands on some of the biggest names in Hollywood. The days leading up to the SAG Awards, however, she’s a bit busier.
On her red-carpet roster: Elisabeth Moss, Rachel Brosnahan, Daniel Levy, Gwendoline Christie, Annie Murphy, Brad Goreski and, last but not least, the great Catherine O’Hara.

Vargas prepped O’Hara with her Triple Crown Facial, a 60-minute treatment designed to sculpt the face and deliver a “lifted” appearance. The treatment starts off with a microcurrent facial to sculpt along the jawline and cheekbones before microdermabrasion is used to remove dead, dull skin cells hindering a natural glow.
Then it’s another pass of microcurrent to drain any puffiness from the face and tighten skin before walking the red carpet. The finishing touch? A shot of vitamin-spiked oxygen for an instant glow.
