Music’s biggest night is here, and it’s a big one for beauty editors, too. From hair and makeup to skin prep, we get to obsess over every detail of our favorite artists’ glam. After watching star after star hit the red carpet, we narrowed down our favorite hairstyles from the 2026 Grammy Awards. Check them out below.
Zara Larsson
This Grammy nominee brought Aquamarine energy to the red carpet with long, wavy hair. “For Zara’s sun-kissed mermaid inches look, we wanted to enhance her natural texture while adding shine and definition,” says celebrity hairstylist John Novotny. He used the OGX Protein Repair Collection along with the brand’s hairspray and OGX Nourishing Coconut Oil Weightless Hydration Oil Mist ($11) “to create a finish that felt effortless, touchable and luminous without weighing the hair down.”To create the perfectly undone waves, Novotny used WAVYTALK Power Wave ($80). He went section by section, “tilting the iron in the opposite direction each time with a slight slant. This technique creates a natural, tousled finish—effortless waves that look like they were styled by the wind.”

Doechii
We were eagerly awaiting Doechii’s arrival on the red carpet after she stole the show with her performance at last year’s Grammy Awards. Her red-carpet and onstage looks were breathtaking, but the real highlight was her hair. The volume and curl definition were perfect.

Miley Cyrus
We’ll never forget Miley Cyrus’ sky-high volume hair at the 2024 Grammys, but we also loved seeing her with a more lowkey look this evening. To get the undone style, celebrity hairstylist Bobby Eliot layered on Kérastase Gloss Absolu Anti-Frizz Glaze Milk ($27) with Kérastase Gloss Absolu Glaze Drops ($39) “to deliver high-impact shine while providing heat protection and lightweight smoothness.” He then used the Shark Glam System ($450) in blowdryer mode to rough-dry the majority of her hair while maintaining natural movement.Eliot then switched to the diffuser attachment and used his hands to enhance Miley's natural texture, creating an undone, effortless look. Using the flat iron attachment in dry mode, Eliot added some soft, loose bends throughout the hair. He then added a touch more of the Glaze Drops to tame flyaways and add a high-impact shine and worked in Kérastase Fresh Affair Dry Shampoo ($41) at the roots for subtle lift and airy texture, followed by Kérastase Laque Couture Hair Spray ($40) to set the look. Finally, he gathered her "hair into a low-slung knot, creating a style that feels controlled yet relaxed, polished yet effortlessly free.”

Paris Hilton
Paris Hilton with a bob? Now that’s hot. The bob bug comes for us all, and even Hilton is not immune. Her chic blond chop and side-swept bangs pull together her classic yet elevated beauty look.

Ali Wong
Ali Wong put her own spin on a classic Ariana Grande look. Celebrity hairstylist Clayton Hawkins says his inspiration was Valley of the Dolls, channeling a 1960s-inspired half-up style complete with jaw-dropping volume, height and glam. Hawkins began by applying Marc Anthony’s Big Volume Root Boost ($12) and Grow Long Blowout Spray ($12) to Wong’s damp hair before blowing it out. Using a hair bungee, he snatched Wong’s hair into a tight half ponytail, then created hair padding out of a hair doughnut to secure it to the crown. He then added a set of Donna Bella Clip Ins ($235) over the doughnut for extra volume and height.

Sabrina Carpenter
The blond bombshell went for a more demure look for the 2026 Grammys. Her makeup and dress had a soft, Disney princess aesthetic and her perfectly messy tendrils and low updo matched the energy perfectly.

Rosé
Rosé basically went right from serving looks on the red carpet to getting the crowd going during her performance with Bruno Mars. Her adorable curly blond bob worked just as well with her dramatic arrival dress as to did with her laid-back rock look on stage.
