Rebel Wilson made a captivating appearance at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, not just for her directorial debut announcement for the Australian musical comedy The Deb, but also for her radiant, lifted look. The comedic actress took to the red carpet, showcasing a glowing and defined complexion thanks to a little high-tech skin prep at the expert hands of makeup artist Karen Darnell.
Darnell prepped Wilson’s skin using FaceGym products and tools, like the Face Ball mini yoga ball ($26), a device designed to improve muscle tone and provide a subtle lift. She followed with the Multi-Sculpt ($53) tool which helps contour and provide lymphatic drainage. For toning, Darnell used the FaceGym Pure Lift Face device ($520) and the Active Blast Vegan Collagen ($68) and Liftwear ($50) to create a smooth canvas before applying makeup. These skin sculpting tools helped give Rebel’s skin a defined look and a healthy glow.
We won’t let Wilson’s beautiful sailor-chic look distract us from her announcement as we’re excited to see her in the director’s chair, but in the meantime we’ll be adding her skin tools to cart.
