Laura Geller Beauty just unveiled its latest campaign, “Let’s Get Old Together.” The exciting initiative launched alongside a fun film that tackles serious issues like ageism and society’s obsession with anti-aging. The film, seen below, stars the iconic supermodel, actress and author Paulina Porizkova.
The film showcases 56-year-old Porizkova “looking sexy, experienced and powerful, shattering common biases that are tied to women and aging,” explained the statement. Porizkova began her career with Sports Illustrated at the age of 18. She has remained in the public eye ever since. Now, she has made it one of her missions to normalize aging.
Laura Geller Beauty has long been invested in addressing the biases around getting older and shifting the focus to honor the beauty of aging. The brand recently worked with 64-year-old Fran Drescher. “We want to make all women feel beautiful and worthy whether they’re 19 or 90,” said founder Laura Geller in the statement.
As part of the brand’s devotion to showing the value of older beauty, Laura Geller Beauty made the decision to exclusively feature women over the age of 40 in all of its marketing and social media messaging.
