February is an interesting month for fragrance launches because we see such a vast range of scent profiles. Some brands lean into spring early, giving us warm, sunny vacation vibes; others are still in warm, cozy, sweats-all-day territory. Regardless of the direction, the artistry behind the fragrances we’re seeing hit the market right now is thought-provoking and deserves to be celebrated. Here, our favorite new fragrances to have on your radar this month.

The Best New Fragrances This Month

U Beauty PROEM Eau de Parfum ($198)

This is founder Tina Chen Craig’s first foray into fragrance, and she nailed it. The artisanal aesthetic, the fruity-floral (and a bit woody) scent, the lasting power—it all works. “In the past, I’ve had to mix fragrances to achieve something that feels singularly ownable,” she says. “Now, much like we’ve done with skin care, we’re streamlining your fragrance wardrobe, saving you from having to blend multiple scents to attain something standout. PROEM is your entire scent wardrobe in one bottle. This is not a quiet fragrance. It’s a scent to get you noticed. PROEM is for those who don’t ask for permission, and aren’t afraid to command their presence.”

The 7 Virtues Clementine Dream ($94)

This beautiful, sunny scent will have you dreaming about your next coastal vacation. “We wanted to create a citrus that didn’t just make a one-dimensional splash of citrus that dissipates fast,” says founder Barb Stegemann. “We set out to create a citrus that stayed with you like the moments you’ll never forget. This scent is a journey—an Italian citrus grove at golden hour, kissed by the breeze of the French Riviera. It’s bright, sunlit joy wrapped in the warmth of vanilla. It took me one and a half years to perfect this scent—every note, every layer, every sun-drenched drop of clementine.”

Henry Rose Dave Eau de Parfum ($120)

Founder Michelle Pfeiffer’s take on vanilla (a personal and modern interpretation), this gourmand fragrance is an homage to her husband David E. Kelley, an acclaimed TV writer and producer. “Dave is named after my husband, David,” says Pfeiffer. “He’s been my greatest supporter from day one. He also happens to love when I wear vanilla. When we started crafting Dave, I knew I wanted to make a vanilla that defied the ‘ordinary’ stereotypes—something with depth and duality, just like David. It’s comforting yet bold. Sensitive yet strong. Sophisticated yet free-spirited. David is a storyteller. And like any great story, Dave is a vanilla with some unexpected twists.”

Of her six new fragrances, we’re loving Coffea, a floral-ambery, coffee-centric scent laced with aldehydes. It’s complex, distinct and perfect for cooler seasons.
