It’s Hollywood’s biggest night: the 97th annual Academy Awards show honoring the best performances on the big screen over the past year. There was no shortage of gorgeous looks on the red carpet, but most A-listers stayed within their usual lanes. But, of course, not Miley Cyrus.
At the Grammy Awards a couple weeks ago, the singer showed off her new jellyfish haircut, which had people buzzing. Tonight, at the 2025 Oscars, Cyrus debuted a new look, and it’s totally different. The final presenter tonight, Cyrus hit the red carpet with bleached brows and side-swept curls courtesy of celebrity hairstylist Bob Recine and Nexxus products. She was also joined by her boyfriend Maxx Morando.
Normally sporting dark, well-groomed brows to match her natural hair color, the pop star lightened her eyebrows significantly to match some of the lightest highlights in her current hair color. They’re not the traditional bleached brows that look totally invisible, but rather a really light blonde with a bit of a honey tone. It lends some unexpected edge to Cyrus’s more conservative, high-necked black gown. We also love the beauty look she paired with her Hollywood waves and dress. The dramatic liner, fluttery lashes, contoured cheeks and nude lips were the perfect choice.
