When it comes to royalty, we can’t help but keep tabs on England’s most famous family, even for the small things. For example, a few months ago Kate Middleton got a small haircut—only a few inches—and everyone couldn’t stop analyzing her new look. And now, Meghan Markle just revealed her own subtle hair change and the Internet is—once again—freaking out about it.

In a recent appearance in Birmingham with Prince Harry, Markle debuted subtle red highlights in her signature dark hair. The auburn streaks flow through her mid-length strands, adding some major dimension to her look. “Meghan’s color looks natural and healthy and is low maintenance,” celebrity hair expert Rona O’Connor told People. “Her color is great for a woman on the go, youthful for brunettes in darker shades and easy to maintain.”
