Let’s Just Get to the Point:
Isdinceutics Melatonik is a silky 3-in-1 night serum that’s packed with antioxidants for anti-aging and skin perfecting goodness.

Key Ingredients: Melatonin, Bakuchiol and Vitamin-C.

If You Want to Know More:
Contrary to popular belief, not all steps of your skincare routine are created equal. I’ve learned from dermatologists over the years that since you wash off cleanser after only a few seconds, for example, it doesn’t matter that much how you choose to remove your makeup. Night cream, on the other hand, is meant to last for at least 8 hours, so you better choose wisely. Another skin step to seriously research? Your serum, which might be the very first thing you put on your skin every day. It’s with those high skin stakes in mind that I turned to Isdinceutics Melatonik 3-in-1 Night Serum ($150), and it seriously lived up to the challenge.

This multi-tasking serum is meant to be worn only at night because it does so much, you simply want more time to let it all sink in. As the name suggests, it’s formulated with melatonin. Applied to skin, melatonin works as an antioxidant that defends skin against sun damage and pollution. The second of our 3-in-1 compounds is Bakuchiol, which helps tone aging skin. Finally, good ol’ vitamin C works to reduce the signs of sun damage. Together, this formula is meant to increase skin radiance.

Dark spots are one of my most major skin concerns, so this serum was especially helpful for my redness-prone skin. Not only did it start the process of reducing my hyperpigmentation, it helps protect against sun damage in the future so that my spots can disappear and stay away. I used 2-3 drops each night after cleansing and before night cream. Each morning I woke up still hydrated but not oily — a big coup for my combination skin. And even though I might not need skin firming ingredients quite yet, the tested wrinkle-reducing results speak for themselves. One thing to keep in mind: It’s fairly fragrant, so sensitive skin types may want to do a patch test before use.
