WHAT IS THE ONE THING YOUR PRACTICE OFFERS THAT IS REALLY UNIQUE?

We really care and are genuinely interested in helping our patients. In addition, we have more than 13 different lasers and are one of the few practices that can offer this extensive range which enables us to custom treat every aspect of the skin. Finally, we are involved in clinical research so we typically use products way before other practices and are often the training facility for new types of cosmetic products and procedures

That injections done by discount providers are safe and effective

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE LASER PROCEDURE?

My favorite is the Fraxel® DUAL which can treat fine lines, skin texture and superficial surface issues

WHY IS SKIN CARE SO IMPORTANT?

If you fix a table but put on a dirty , disgusting tablecloth, what do you have? By using skin care with active ingredients, I can showcase the skin and really make someone shine. My own products have the highest active ingredients and although they may not have the fanciest packaging, they are still, in my opinion, the best products

WHAT NEW SERVICES ARE YOU EXCITED TO OFFER?

We are offering dual CoolSculpting with skin tightening. What this means is that we can treat both sides of the body at one time, thereby saving the patient a ton of time (since most patients treat multiple parts). For some patients, we combine this procedure with a skin tightening treatment to obtain a visible change

WHAT ARE YOUR MOST REQUESTED PROCEDURES?

Our most frequent procedures are Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin and fillers. We are a regional training center and conduct trials on new products so we have experience and access to advanced techniques before most other doctors do. Because these are my most common procedure, I perform all of my own injections rather than delegate them

I try to play low-level spa music, Jimmy Buffett or the soundtrack to Hamilton. Nothing too jarring or intrusive, but instead music that is calming or engaging

HOW DO YOU MAKE THE BEST FIRST IMPRESSION?

Sincerity and patience are facets that I believe make the best and most important impression. If the patient realizes that you have their best interests at heart, the rest of the visit is much easier

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE POST-TREATMENT REACTION FROM A PATIENT?

I love when they see themselves and say, “Perfect!” or “Wow.” When they are so happy, they always send their friends and relatives to see me

WHICH PROCEDURE HAS BEEN A GAME CHANGER FOR YOUR CAREER?

Botox Cosmetic. I started injecting it more than 20 years ago and since then have had the pleasure of being involved in clinical trials, development of new types of toxins and fillers and teaching and mentoring colleagues on how to perform these procedures

WHY IS A LONG-TERM TREATMENT PLAN IMPORTANT?

A long term treatment plan is important so you can avoid the peaks and valleys associated with sporadic care. I try to get my filler, laser and toxin patients on a schedule that keeps them looking their best. At times, it may be more expensive in the short run, but it is definitely a good investment over the long run
