World-renowned hairstylist and social media influencer, Chris Appleton has spun his web once again this week with a recent up-do for JLo. The singer, actress, dancer, producer, director and businesswoman, Jennifer Lopez added Hollywood siren to her ever-growing list of hair looks on the night she achieved her dream of earning a standing ovation at the premiere of her latest project, Kiss of the Spider Woman at the Sundance film festival.
Arachnid-Styled Hair Meets '90s Perfection
For the premiere, Appleton opted for a classic '90s-inspired up-do which melded beautifully with the movie star's honey-brown shaded locks gently framing her face. Behind the loose strands, the messy and tousled play on the French twist remained in its assumed position, making the look elegant yet effortless. Although this was not Appleton's first spin on the '90s look, it now has the stamp of approval from JLo.
Appleton's Instagram debut of JLO had fans crawling to the comments. “Omg she looks incredible, the hair is everything,” a fan wrote. “I love an up-do that doesn’t look like an up-do,” another commenter said.
