Our overall approach of understanding patient mindset and treating the patient, not just the aesthetic they want to change.

How do you manage patient expectations?
I provide each patient with a copy of my book, “The Appearance Factor,” which covers patient expectations, limitations and risks, and alternative treatment methods.

What measures do you take to ensure patient safety?
We employ only fully accredited nurses and anesthesia caregivers to ensure the highest standards of safety and care. While meeting patients’ expectations is important, our focus is always on providing safe and disciplined care.

What trend do you believe people still don’t understand?
Many people fail to grasp that not all facelifts or rhinoplasties are the same, nor should they be. Each operation must be tailored to the patient’s unique facial features. For instance, the same face and nose can look different at various ages.
