In 2016, the former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star fessed up to a second rhinoplasty on Watch What Happens Live. “I only had my nostrils taken in on the side the very first time,” she told host Andy Cohen. “And this time I had more of cartilage moved around in my nose.”

Naomie Olindo

After being accused of having four nose jobs by her The Real Housewives of New Jersey castmate Jacqueline Laurita on season 7 of the show, Gorga admitted to having her nose done. “Let’s be honest, it’s the worst-kept secret that I’ve had a nose job, but it’s my secret to tell, not hers,” she shared in a confessional.

She opted for a “liquid rhinoplasty” using injectable filler which provides a temporary fix. “Dr. Kassir has been trying to do my nose jobs for years,” Morgan said. “But I like my nose and I’ve yet to meet a doctor who can give me a nose I like.”

Proving that the second season glow-up is real, McSweeney got ready for her second turn on The Real Housewives of New York with a breast procedure and a rhinoplasty. “I could not be happier. I’ve been wanting one for so freaking long and now I can also breathe, which is great,” she said while recovering. “I love my doctor—he’s a great guy. He’s an amazing doctor. His name is Dr. Daniel Maman.”

Raquel Leviss

Vanderpump Rules star Leviss underwent a procedure to refine the tip of her nose and shared results with viewers. “I felt like my nose tip was very bulbous and that it was too big for my face,” she said. “I do have a very petite, tiny face so I wanted a nose that would match those features.” Leviss says she still isn’t totally happy with her results and is considering a secondary procedure to straighten the bridge.
