In the world of reality television, a little plastic surgery is a rite of passage. While some opt to stay mum about what they’ve had done, those who’ve undergone a rhinoplasty can’t easily hide their new noses from the camera. Whether it’s a primary rhinoplasty or a revision, these top-notch Bravolebrity transformations prove that a good rhinoplasty will enhance your features and not change your entire look.
The former The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member shared that she recently had a rhinoplasty for a subtle improvement. “My nose still looks like me but better,” she wrote in an Instagram caption. King also had a breast procedure along with Botox Cosmetic and Sculptra injections. “Look, none of these procedures feel great but the results far outweigh the temporary discomfort,” she added.
In 2016, the former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star fessed up to a second rhinoplasty on Watch What Happens Live. “I only had my nostrils taken in on the side the very first time,” she told host Andy Cohen. “And this time I had more of cartilage moved around in my nose.”
One of the most dramatic facial transformations came courtesy of Southern Charm star Olindo who in 2018 tweaked her nose after a breakup with costar Craig Conover. At the time Olindo said her only regret was not doing it sooner: “I would do it again a million times over—for sure it was the best decision I’ve ever made.”
The Real Houswives of New Jersey’s Gia Guidice reached many milestones on-screen but chose to undergo her nose transformation behind the scenes in 2020. “I’m absolutely in love with it,” she told her Instagram followers. “I am an adult now, this has been an insecurity of mine for a while and I’ve never been happier and so comfortable in my own skin.”
About a year after her daughter Gia’s rhinoplasty, RHONJ’s Giudice shared that she too had a small nasal tweak from the same plastic surgeon. “I asked Louie, I’m like, ‘Babe, should I get my nose done?’ And he’s like, ‘Is it going to make you feel better?’ And I said, ‘Yes.’ So he said, ‘Do it,'” the reality star told fans while on speaking on a panel in 2021.
After being accused of having four nose jobs by her The Real Housewives of New Jersey castmate Jacqueline Laurita on season 7 of the show, Gorga admitted to having her nose done. “Let’s be honest, it’s the worst-kept secret that I’ve had a nose job, but it’s my secret to tell, not hers,” she shared in a confessional.
Fans who rewatch early seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will notice Richards might look a little different this time around. The star confirmed she had a secondary rhinoplasty (her first was in 2006) late last year after suffering a broken nose. “I broke it last September and the bone poking out bothered me,” she wrote on social media. “So I fixed the bone, fixed my breathing problems and refined the tip.”
After undergoing a facelift and necklift, RHONY’s Morgan also wanted to straighten the bridge of her nose. She opted for a “liquid rhinoplasty” using injectable filler which provides a temporary fix. “Dr. Kassir has been trying to do my nose jobs for years,” Morgan said. “But I like my nose and I’ve yet to meet a doctor who can give me a nose I like.”
Proving that the second season glow-up is real, McSweeney got ready for her second turn on The Real Housewives of New York with a breast procedure and a rhinoplasty. “I could not be happier. I’ve been wanting one for so freaking long and now I can also breathe, which is great,” she said while recovering. “I love my doctor—he’s a great guy. He’s an amazing doctor. His name is Dr. Daniel Maman.”
Vanderpump Rules star Leviss underwent a procedure to refine the tip of her nose and shared results with viewers. “I felt like my nose tip was very bulbous and that it was too big for my face,” she said. “I do have a very petite, tiny face so I wanted a nose that would match those features.” Leviss says she still isn’t totally happy with her results and is considering a secondary procedure to straighten the bridge.
