In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, Naomi Campbell is keeping her productivity in check with the time she’s spending “social distancing”. The 49-year-old supermodel, actress, and activist, recently took to Instagram to share the exact steps of her workout session with trainer Joe Holder, founder of Ocho System.

What’s more, Campbell plans to continue recording her workout sessions to stream live on the app at noon daily. Holder is also using social media as a tool to encourage others to stay active during this time. “Gyms are closed but the physical activity, learning, and self-preservation doesn’t have to stop,” he wrote in an Instagram caption. “The equipment may not be there but the effort will be the same!”

Whether you’re curious about how Campbell gets her sculpted supermodel legs or just need a distraction from what’s going on in the world, tune in to check it out for yourself. Not only are the videos beneficial physically, but mentally, too. Here, we rounded up three key takeaways.

1. Mindset Over Everything
In the first workout video, the writing on Campbell’s T-shirt sums it up: “One Love”. Although quarantines are encouraged at this time, the Naomi mindset is to build a sense of community and togetherness—online, that is. With exercise, it trains the body in addition to the mind, helping to increase resilience and strength.

2. Practice Is Key
Through her workout videos (and beauty tutorials), Campbell proves the impact that perseverance can bring. With practice, comes improvement, but that all starts with the motivation to take action. To encourage more people to get exercising, she posted her community phone number on her highlighted stories for anyone interested to chat and receive her at-home workout plans first.

3. Embrace the Unknown
There’s always the option to improvise, or as Holder notes, “freestyle” if you don’t know a move. At the end of Campbell’s workout, he recommended taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out, focusing on something to be grateful for even during this uncertain time. Recently, the trainer created an open-source library filled with short workout videos called Exercise Snacks. “They’ve helped me find peace in times of personal chaos and I hope they do the same for you.”
