“It’s been a long road to get here,” the supermodel captioned her Instagram post this morning, a reel of workout clips from the past couple of years. “In 2018 I had knee surgery and I wanted to make sure I had a quick and easy recovery – in order to do that I needed to strengthen the muscles around my knee. As I started to workout with this specific goal in mind I learned so much about how the body works and started to feel better than I ever had before. By the time I had recovered from surgery my fitness routine had become part of my lifestyle.”
