This past week, Jeremy Allen White broke the internet with his Calvin Klein partnership video, which featured him scantily clad and seemingly missing a belly button. However, tonight, the star’s talent took center stage as he accepted his second Golden Globe for his role in The Bear, looking just as debonair—albeit more clothed. Jeremy’s tousled hair has long been part of his thirst-inspiring look, so we had to get all the details on what he did to prep for his award-winning night, and we were pleasantly surprised by some spicy steps.

Celebrity men’s groomer KC Fee worked with Jeremy’s natural texture to create a lived-in look. She applied Navy Whirlpool Argan Oil and Green Tea Powered Styling Foam ($42) for added hydration, volume and heat protection. She then rough-dried his hair with the Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer Professional Edition ($429) using the Gentle Air attachment on Medium speed and heat settings for a more gentle cooler airflow.

Using her fingers, KC then naturally pulled up on the root to give Jeremy’s hair volume while wrapping the hair shaft around her fingers for defined waves. If this sounds like a dream you’ve had before, same. Once the hair was about 75-percent dry, she added Navy Swell Styling and Thickening Cream ($35). She then used the Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler long barrel attachment to curl Jeremy’s hair away from the face to create a more defined texture. To hydrate and lock in the look, KC used more of the Thickening Cream and finished with Skipper Flexible Volumizing Hairspray ($32).
