Halle Berry, at 51 years old, is in the best shape of her life. Lucky for us, the actress shares all of her workout tips and exercises on Instagram so we can follow along and copy her routine.

Beginning five months ago, every week Berry shares a #FitnessFriday on her account, which typically includes a favorite workout she’s doing. During last week’s video, she showed us the plank move she does to get strong, flat abs.
Results are highly impressive—and even better, it’s actually totally doable.
In the video, Berry and her trainer, Peter Lee Thomas, are in a high plank when they slowly raise one leg up, and set it back down before raising the other one. This stability move is great to not only work the core, but also the glutes.
After doing reps of this, they move on to an exercise that’s slightly more difficult. As they slowly lift the right leg, they lift the left arm straight over their head and shoulders at the same time. After setting both of them back down at the same time, they alternate to the left leg and right arm. This balancing move works all areas of the core to flatten and strengthen.
