The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Lisa Rinna, looks years younger than her actual age of 54-years-old. But it’s not just her wrinkle-free face that makes her look so youthful, it’s also her incredibly toned body.

In an Instagram post uploaded this past week, Rinna shared a photo of herself in a red bikini, showing off her muscular arms and smooth stomach. “I do yoga. 25 years of it,” Rinna captioned the post. “Oh and I spin and hike too.”

While yoga, hiking and spin classes are obviously great workouts in themselves, Rinna goes on to clarify in her post that consistency is key to results, writing: “Oh and I’m real consistent. Like really.”

This isn’t the first time Rinna has boasted about the effects of yoga and spin. In a 2014 interview with People Magazine, Rinna explained that she works out six days a week and eats mostly plant-based foods, adding that a combination of SoulCycle and yoga boosts more than just her physical body. “It keeps me balanced and sane,” she explained. Since it’s safe to say we all need a little more balance in our lives, we can’t help but want to start our newfound, Rinna-inspired spin and yoga routine ASAP.
