Jane Seymour Swears This One Workout Keeps Her Body Super Toned at 66

Jane Seymour doesn’t look a day over 40, making her actual age of 66 years old seem completely unbelievable. And yet, the former Bond girl doesn’t seem to take any crazy measures to remain looking so youthful, especially when it comes to keeping her fit physique.

“I used to do aerobics back in the day,” she tells People, referring to how her previous experience with this exercise helped her role in Pop TV’s Let’s Get Physical. However, Seymour has adapted a much different fitness routine since the ‘80s aerobics craze, and her new workouts have clearly been working for her.
“I was one of the first to do Pilates back in the day,” Seymour says. “My Pilates class would be Joan Collins, Natalie Wood and all the Charlie’s Angels.” In addition to years of Pilates, Seymour also enjoys spin classes, light weight training, jumping jacks and power skipping. Considering how fantastic the actress looks in her 60s, we’ll be signing up for these classes soon too.
