One look at Danish model Nina Agdal and you can tell that genetics has a lot to do with her bikini body and flawless skin. But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have to work hard to keep it up. In a recent interview, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit stunner confesses how she stays motivated to maintain a super active lifestyle and the must-have product she relies on for glowing skin while on the go.

The 24-year-old model and girlfriend to Leonardo DiCaprio tells Health magazine that although she used to go on two to three times a day workout benders, she didn’t see her body change the way she thought it would. After scaling back, she turned to the one workout she credits for changing her body the most—yoga. “When I do a lot of it, I see a lot of tone in my arms, which can be a tough area for me to get really toned in,” says Agdal. “So even though it feels like you’re not really doing anything, you are.”
But this isn’t your ordinary yoga, but rather a challenging, intense practice set to hip-hop beats. “I do a bunch of Y7 yoga, which is amazing because it’s dark and nobody’s judging you. I’m not very good at the meditating part of yoga, so I love that the studio has great music.”
She also revealed that switching up her workouts is the key maintaining her enviable figure. “When I really want to push myself, I also do Tone House. It’s athletic conditioning with a lot of body-weight movements and sprints. It’s really hard cardio. I also do boxing, which is great for everything, and I go to Equinox and do the SoulCycle thing. I always switch it up because if not, I don’t see a difference.”
As for her dewy skin, Agdal says she’s consistent about the products she uses while on the go, and surprisingly one of her staples costs less than $10. “I wear a lot of sunscreen every single day. Also, when I travel, I go without makeup. And then rosewater spray, face masks and eye masks. I use a 24-karat-gold eye mask from Pro-Nu. It sounds very fancy, but it’s really not—you get them on Amazon!”
