Kelly Osbourne has a new beauty fixation. It’s not a makeup product, a ‘tox injection, nor a form of cosmetic surgery, but rather a combination of noninvasive face and body sculpting treatments, EmSculpt NEO and EMFACE—also known as “Total Tone Up.”

If you’re new to the Total Tone Up treatment, EmSculpt NEO uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy (HIFEM) and radio-frequency (RF) technology. The electromagnetic energy triggers contractions in targeted muscle groups, which leads to increased muscle mass over time, while the radio-frequency technology heats subcutaneous fat, which kills fat cells. EMFACE uses high-intensity facial electrical stimulation (HIFES) and radio-frequency (RF) technology to target the skin, muscles, and connective tissue.

“I’m halfway through my four face sessions, and I’m noticing such a huge difference already,” she told People of the procedure, the facial version of which is known as EmFace. Denver dermatologist Joel Cohen, MD, told NewBeauty that the treatment can lead to “less jowling, more definition of the jawline and a more contoured lower face.”

Osbourne isn’t just a fan of EmFace; she’s equally enthusiastic about its body counterpart, EmSculpt NEO.”I also wanted to tighten the skin on my stomach again after being pregnant,” she told People. “Even after the first session, there was a visible difference.”

“I might be slightly addicted to It,” she continued.” I like it because it’s needle-free and it works instantly. You sit there for 20 minutes, and you’re done.”

She’s not exaggerating. New York City dermatologist Arash Akhavan, MD, previously told NewBeauty that both EmSculpt NEO and EmFace procedures are “attractive to patients who desire aesthetic procedures that are comfortable, have no downtime, and yield natural results.”

Osbourne isn’t the only celebrity who adores EmSculpt. Drew Barrymore, Megan Fox, and Kim Kardashian are just a few of the stars who swear by the treatment.

The Osbournes star refuted taking Ozempic during a recent interview with Extra. “I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic,” she told the outlet. “I did not take Ozempic. I don’t know where that came from. My mom [Sharon Osbourne] took Ozempic.”

Osbourne underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2018, resulting in an impressive 85-pound weight loss. But during her pregnancy in 2022, she told NewBeauty that she faced some unexpected new hurdles. “When I first found out I was pregnant, I thought I would have the type of pregnancy where I could eat whatever I wanted,” she said. “I started to gain a lot of weight quickly and my feet began to swell up. That is when I found out I had gestational diabetes and had to completely change my lifestyle,” she says.

“Now, I have cut out refined sugar altogether and have lost 10 pounds!” she proudly announced at the time. “I feel better than ever and I have tons of energy. I feel happy and healthy!”
