Recently, the celeb-approved lymphatic drainage massage has been topping our most-wanted lists (thanks, quarantine-induced bloating). While we’ve been craving a visit to our favorite masseuses, one-on-one contact is still a foreign concept, and with the rise of COVID cases, can be unsafe. Thankfully, model and actress Veronica Webb’s latest Instagram video introduced us to contactless lymphatic drainage, which she says is “at the top of my list for giving and getting this season.”

At Body Roll Studio NYC, the 55-year-old walks us through how to use the machine, and it actually looks quite simple. “This machine literally massages from your head to your toes,” she says as she lays on the electric massager. “It releases toxins, it releases muscle tension, there’s no part of your body that this machine can’t relax or massage, and it only takes one hour.”

If you’re uncomfortable with visiting a masseuse, Webb adds that this is perfect for a quick post-workout stretch or if you have what she calls “the couch-potato blues.”

While she praises the device for treating sore muscles and a “sluggish, underworked metabolism,” she also credits it for her solid night’s rest that followed. In her caption, the Malcom X star says, “It left my muscles feeling like I’d gone to a 3-day retreat. I went home and slept an unheard-of 14 hours straight.” We want what you’re having, Veronica!
