Hundreds of products come across our editors’ desks every month, but not all of them deliver on their claims or live up to the hype. (Not everything that goes viral on TikTok is a miracle worker.) This is our exclusive curation of the best-in-class beauty products receiving rave reviews from our team and hitting shelves right now.
Our Favorite New Beauty Products This Month
ALASTIN Skincare C-RADICAL Defense Antioxidant Serum ($178)
New to the derm-favorite brand’s collection, this antioxidant serum packs a real punch. The standout ingredient is sodium ascorbate, which is a new form of vitamin C that’s encapsulated. This allows it to remain more stable than many other forms of vitamin C, and according to the brand, it absorbs into skin 20 times more effectively.
In addition to vitamin C, it also contains 14 other antioxidants, including green tea. This mix works to neutralize free radicals that cause signs of aging, as well as protect against UV damage, blue light and pollution. In a clinical study, 84 percent of participants using the serum twice a day agreed that their skin texture and the overall appearance of their face improved within eight weeks. Lastly, it doesn’t have a strong odor the way many vitamin C products do. In fact, it doesn’t really have a scent at all.

RéVive Fermitif Chin Contour Instant Tightening Peptide Mask (Starting at $28)
Many of us can relate: As we age, we get that little pocket under our chin that just won’t stay taut without in-office intervention. Well thanks to the team at ReVive, we now have a temporary at-home solution in this innovative mask. Wear it for 20 minutes (it loops around your ears to stay in place) to depuff the chin, jawline and neck area.
The serum-infused mask works by using the brand’s proprietary bio-renewal and bio-firming peptides to increase skin firmness. It also helps to improve the appearance of any fine lines and wrinkles in the area by strengthening the skin’s elasticity. And we can’t forget about hydration: Hyaluronic acid and phyto collagen amp up the plumpness factor.

Danessa Myricks Beauty Groundwork Defining Neutrals Palette ($65)
“We’ve reimagined the traditional shadow palette beyond eyes with two unique textures that multitask to work on the face, eyes, brows and lips,” says founder Danessa Myricks. “Strategically designed to give everyone the confidence to play, Groundwork was developed with high-performance formulas in universal shades perfect for all skin tones and any look. The natural tones in oil-absorbing powders and velvety pomades are intended to shape, sculpt, define and line. Whether you’re a pro or a novice, you can create, build and blend with ease, while bringing you in alignment with your highest expression of personal beauty.”
Our associate beauty editor Allie can’t stop raving about the versatility of this palette. It features 10 shades in total and two new textures: blendable velvet pomade, and shape n’ fix powder, which blurs imperfections and provides some oil control.

DR. BRANDT Skincare DARE TO AGE 360˚ Firming Eye Cream ($82)
The result of five years of research, this eye cream features a technological innovation that’s new to the brand (and a first in terms of any eye creams we’ve tried). The technology allows for collagen to be regenerated from within the skin, which therefore increases collagen at the source of cell regeneration. Though it sounds super science-y (and it is), the formula is made with 99 percent natural-origin ingredients, including the brand’s proprietary VITACELLREGEN Complex. This blend uses “plant-based stem cells from Japanese rose and kiwi berry to reactivate skin rejuvenation from within.”
The result of all this is a nongreasy, fragrance-free eye cream that suits all skin types (even sensitive) and helps combat dark circles, fine lines and upper eyelid drooping. Yes, you can and should use it on your eyelids.

Virtue ColorKick Illuminating Mask ($70)
Don’t let the pretty purple hue of this new hair mask fool you. It’s not only for blondes, silvers and grays. This nourishing treatment works on all color-treated hair to deliver deep hydration, solar and heat protection, and reparative benefits in one step. It utilizes the brand’s signature Alpha Keratin 60ku—a whole keratin protein derived from human hair—as well as plant-based nutrients. It also smells wonderful, with notes of citrus, chamomile and sandalwood.
In a clinical study on all core hair colors, 94 percent of participants immediately felt that their hair was healthier and shinier. Additionally, 92 percent said their color looked more luminous and didn’t fade as quickly after two weeks. All participants agreed that the mask kept their hair color more true between color appointments.

Éminence Organic Skin Care Bakuchiol + Niacinamide Moisturizer ($69)
For those in the market for a gentler alternative to retinol, especially as most of the country enters drier, colder months, this gel-cream moisturizer is one to try. It combines bakuchiol (a plant-based ingredient with line-smoothing benefits that mimic retinol’s) with multitasking niacinamide to minimize signs of aging on the skin. The best part is that it accomplishes this without irritating the skin, or drying it out.
Other benefits include a boost in firmness, tightening of large pores, a smoother skin texture, and increased hydration. Don’t hesitate to use it on your neck, too! And true to Éminence’s philosophy, it features natural, organic and biodynamic ingredients.

Medicube Age-R Contour Body Shot ($530)
Hailey Bieber loves using the K-beauty brand’s facial device, so we were more than excited to learn about this new one for the body. Medicube’s first-ever body tool, it features breakthrough body-sculpting technology that you can use in the comfort of your own home. The tech is mix of radio frequency energy, medium-frequency energy and suction, which helps contour skin on the arms, thighs, abdomen, love handles, thighs, and lower part of the butt.
Like in-office treatments that share a similar goal, such as Emsculpt NEO and truBody, the device isn’t meant to replace diet and exercise, but rather complement it. Think of it as a little extra help for stubborn spots. The brand says Body Shot can be used every day, but the suction does leave behind temporary redness and bruising that can last a week, so it’s not something you want to use before a bikini beach day.

NARS Powermatte High-Intensity Lip Pencil ($30)
If you’re someone who loves a lip crayon or likes to use your lip liner to fill in your entire lip, this may become your new best friend. It’s matte, but not drying, thanks to the cream-to-matte texture. It comes in 10 shades (pictured here)—my personal favorite is American Woman—and the brand’s Power Pigment Complex makes sure the color locks in and won’t transfer once it dries. In testing, the color lasted up to 12 hours on the lips.
A tip from NARS: “Try lining lips with one shade, then filling in color with a lighter shade for a fuller look with added dimension.” Another thing to note is that it doesn’t come with a pencil sharpener (you can buy it separately), but it requires sharpening as you use it. Of course you can use any sharpener you have on hand that fits.

Honest Beauty All The Feels 10% AHA + 2% BHA Resurfacing Peel ($33)
Not only do we love the way this peel looks (hello mermaidcore), but we love the way it makes our skin look, too. A blend of 10-percent glycolic acid, 2-percent salicylic acid and 15-percent grape ferment (rich in tartaric acid, an AHA) exfoliate away dead, dull skin cells for a pretty glow. Use it once or twice a week to reset your skin and give it a really smooth feel. If you’re new to glycolic acid or at-home peels, I recommend doing a patch test before using just to make sure it suits your skin.
“It’s like getting a pro-quality peel at home,” says founder Jessica Alba. “A quick skin reset, and you don’t even have to leave the house (yes, please)!”

La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Cream ($595)
Though this beloved blue jar may look familiar, the formula inside is new. For the first time, the brand has married its signature Caviar Premier with Caviar Micro-Nutrients to take the luxe cream’s firming and lifting benefits to the next level. And actually, the jar is new too. It’s now lighter-weight and made using recycled and recyclable glass.
In 2023, La Prairie’s scientists developed Micro-Nutrients, which it describes as “an ultra-rich source of more than 300 different nutrients that stimulate essential metabolic activities in the skin.” And if that powerful ingredient combination isn’t enough, the formula also features the brand’s patented Exclusive Cellular Complex, which boosts the power of the caviar. The cream is rich, velvety and nourishing—it’s pure luxury in a jar.
