Iggy Azalea is no stranger to cosmetic procedures. The 26-year-old rapper has already copped to a nose job and breast augmentation, but unlike other celebrities who’ve clearly had some work done, she has no problem being vocal about her choice to undergo plastic surgery.

In an Instagram post, she praises her Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Ashkan Ghavami, for the reason she has “fabulous, perky boobs.” The Aussie rapper also confesses returning to the surgeon to undergo skin treatments that help her maintain healthy-looking skin in the summer. “He does PRP skin treatments now, which happens to be why I stopped by. Summer is here and you #CantFakeGoodSkin,” wrote Azalea.
