This Amazing Antioxidant-Packed Popsicle Is So Easy to Make

Those make-your-own popsicle molds your mom used to have are going through a big-time resurgence this summer, but this go-around, the trend isn’t simply freezing orange juice or apple juice and heading outside in the sun to enjoy. This time, it’s all about mixing up mega-healthy concoctions (think juicing or smoothies on a stick), and some of our favorites, like this one from celebrity nutritionist Keri Glassman, also have some very legit anti-aging and beauty benefits.

Coined the “Amazing Antioxidant Popsicle,” Glassman says this is her go-to summer snack. “The berries are powerhouses of antioxidants all with beauty benefits! Vitamin C increases the production of collagen and the fiber helps cleanse your body. The powder used here is jam-packed with antioxidants. It contains approximately 74 plant-based, naturally chelated trace minerals and also antioxidants from 11 nutrient-rich super fruits like acai, cranberry, goji, maqui and pomegranate.”
Amazing Antioxidant Popsicle
16 ounces water
1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
Mix powder with water and blend with berries. Pour into popsicle molds. Place in freezer until frozen.
