What Time Do You Wake Up?
It depends on the day. I’m not a morning person since I like to stay up pretty late. But lately, I've been waking up around 7 a.m., which is a lot earlier than usual. I’m starting to like waking earlier because I get to accomplish a lot more during the morning hours.

What's Your Morning Routine?
First order of business is coffee. Then, if I'm washing my hair, I will put on a mask while I’m choosing my outfit and cleaning up and answering emails. My favorite time of the day to workout is in the morning, because I like to get it out of the way and feel good about it. Realistically, it is impossible for me to get out the door in under an hour, however, I always find myself trying to do it.

As far as beauty goes, four days per week I use the Philosophy Microdelivery Peel because it’s fast, easy and noninvasive. I always wash my face with Apothederm Cleanser before applying the peel. After showering, when my pores are open from the steam, I’ll first rub an olive oil and lemon juice infused ice cube generously and quickly all over my face to get my blood circulating and then I follow up with Apothederm Nourishing Serum. For my hair, I like to change up shampoos, conditioners and treatments, but at the moment I love Ovation Hair products.

What Do You Have For Breakfast?
If I’m in a rush, I’ll make a fresh, organic smoothie with my Blendtec.  I use kale, berries, pineapple and sometimes I add a little splash of soy milk. On the days when I’m not in a rush, I’ll have an egg white omelet with spinach and cheese.

Describe A Typical Day At Work
During the season of DWTS, my day is packed from dawn until dusk with rehearsals, press, fittings, events, etc. During the off season, I’m either traveling with DanceFitKS, shooting a movie, performing on Broadway or working at my dance studio in Los Angeles, Karina Smirnoff Dance.

I’m not usually hungry until dinner, but if I have lunch, it’s typically around 1 p.m. and is something light and healthy like spinach or kale salad with grilled fish and will drink coffee or hot/iced tea or a freshly squeezed juice.

What Do You Do After Work?
I love to either cook, read, catch up on Game of Thrones or play puzzles and word games with my friends and family. Depending on the day, dinner happens anytime between 6 and 10 p.m. If I'm cooking dinner, it’s usually steamed spinach, broccoli or grilled veggies with chicken, fish or scallops. I experiment with different sauces and spices but always come back to extra virgin olive oil. During dinner I love to enjoy a glass or two of red wine.

If I’ve had a long, tough day, I’ll sometimes look at exotic vacation places online where I dream of going and after a half hour or so of this, I feel like I went there!

What Time Do You Go To Sleep?
I truly think sleep is the best remedy for feeling beautiful and looking fresh and rested, so I aim to be in bed by 11 p.m., but realistically it’s closer to 1 a.m.

Besides using the olive oil and lemon juice infused ice cube in the morning, I create my own scrubs and masks all the time.
