This is a very informative segment - a few things to add YOU may be causing your own skin to become more sensitive - Over the years women are told to moisturize, moisturize, moisturize, and also the more the merrier. That's not always the case. Finding the PROPER products for your skin is key. Do NOT overdo! Overdoing will cause your skin to not absorb products properly and blocking your skin not allowing proper product penetration and also not allowing for natural cell regeneration. Staying out of the sun and using proper hydration is true for all skin conditions - Remember sensitivity is a skin condition NOT type. The Sensitivity can be controlled. You can use glycolic acids and peels under PROPER supervision when shopping for skincare ask guidance and not just purchase what your girlfriends are using. There are many products in the market today and key is to find an active product that you are comfortable using and can tolerate well. Proper sun protection is a MUST and of course you should be using more of a cream cleanser and a cream moisturizer in the winter opposed to the light lotions for the summer. And drink lots of water! You will be glad you did! :-)
