—3 tablespoons purified water
—1 tablespoon glycerin, available at Walgreens
—1 tablespoon witch hazel (optional)

Stir water and glycerin together, add witch hazel and pour into spray bottle and you have got yourself an all day shield to prevent creased eye shadow and melted mascara-induced raccoon eyes.
