About My Practice
What does your office look like?
I designed my office to reflect my ideals of beauty. Classic marble, hardwood floors and warm, rich tones establish an ambience conducive to five-star service.
What one word best describes your bedside manner?
Approachable. It's just me and the patient in consultation, talking casually to establish feelings of trust. I want each patient to feel like they're my only client of the day.
What are the most common surgical procedures you perform?
Breast procedures are extremely popular. We can enhance, lift, reduce and improve the appearance of the breasts through a variety of surgical procedures, which can be combined with different body contouring surgeries for impressive results. With my tummy tucks, for example, I aim to keep the scars as low as possible and create a cute belly button, which women love.
About Me
How do you spend your time when not in the office?
With my three sons and beautiful wife. I'm a family man, which comes across in consultation and treatment with my patients.
How do you show patients you care?
I call patients the night of surgery and my assistant follows up the next morning. Surgical patients know we are only a phone call away, and are showered with postoperative TLC. The goal is to validate that they put their trust in the right practice.
What are some of your hobbies?
I’d have to say it is an eclectic group of hobbies. Winter finds me in my “dance with the mountain” telemark skiing in Tahoe, while in spring and summer I enjoy heirloom tomato gardening and beekeeping.

- What sets my practice apart
I believe I have assembled a five-star team around me and they’re the reason that our patients recommend our office to others
- My happiest professional moment
A patient invited me to a get-together at her house where she gave me a photo of herself that had been signed with thank you notes by her friends and family; the photo still hangs in my office
- What i love most about my profession
The blend of skill and creativity, and the diversity of things we encounter as plastic surgeons
- How my profession has evolved
Advancements in nonsurgical rejuvenation have given us more options to slow or reverse signs
of aging; dermal fillers can restore or maintain the softer signs of youth - The biggest misconception about my field
People tend to underestimate the recovery
- My motto
We like to say we give the “Nordstrom experience” because our goal is to make clients feel like they are the only patient of the day, well cared for, and that they are in the right place
- My greatest achievement
I am most proud of my faith, my marriage and my family—without those three, I would not be as joyful, successful and content as I am
- Why is giving back so important to you?
In our profession, we have been
blessed with the opportunity and
privilege to not only be physicians,
but also plastic surgeons. I feel we
should all give back, whether it be in
our community by helping uninsured
patients or on a trip overseas doing
cleft lip and palate work

FAQs
- How can I increase the size of my breasts? What our experts say:
If you're only looking to increase the actual size of your breasts, then breast enhancement surgery can be a very helpful tool in rejuvenating the appearance of small breasts. Talk to your surgeon about whether you would be better suited for saline or silicone breast implants, as well as the incision site that would best accomplish your desired goals.
- Can I correct breasts and body at the same time? What our experts say:
Yes. Many women want some form of breast surgery, be it an augmentation, lift and/or reduction, along with some form of body contouring. These procedures are referred to as a Mommy Makeover since they address the female figure from a comprehensive vantage point as opposed to viewing each body part as a single entity. The benefits are a single recovery, reduced cost and more extensive rejuvenation.
