Molly Sims Reveals the 2-Second Trick She Calls Her Best Anti-Aging Tip featured image

Finding the right anti-aging products for your routine can be like looking for a needle in a haystack. And while model and mom Molly Sims slathers herself in anti-aging creams, serums and treatments, there’s one thing that she does every single time she applies a product: “Starts from the south and go north.” In a recent interview with InStyle, the 43-year-old divulged that the best anti-aging secret she got was from my mom: never forget your neck. “Start there and moisturize up.”

Her two-second, free tip is one to be taken seriously. Neglecting to treat your neck can lead to thin skin and lines and wrinkles. But besides applying her beauty products in a ‘from-the-neck-up’ fashion, Sims also relies on the Clarisonic SmartProfile Uplift ($349), a two-in-one cleansing and firming device, telling InStyle, “I love using the cleansing brush head with my cleanser. It just makes me feel like I really got a good clean. And the massaging head is great for applying my serums—it makes them absorb better, and even works to smooth wrinkles. I use morning and night!”

She’s also a fan of Natura Bisse The Cure ($210), a science-heavy line that makes use of sirtuins to help reverse the signs of aging and extended cellular life to skin.

When it comes to makeup, Sims can’t get enough of Bobbi Brown eyeshadow sticks. “I’m LOVING this new eye shadow stick my friend, Emese introduced me to. She’s just as beauty obsessed as me (if more!),” she said. “It’s the Bobbi Brown Double Ended Shadow Stick in Bronze/Truffle ($32). Both the colors are super pretty and I’m able to create an entire eye look with just one product. AMAZING!!”
