There were over nine million surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures performed in the United States in 2011 according to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). With airbrushed fashion spreads in magazines and seemingly perfect-bodied actresses on TV, it’s easy to become self-conscious of your own body.
Even some of the sexiest celebrities (whose bodies we would kill for) seek plastic surgery and shell out big money for nutritionists and trainers in hopes of tweaking problem body parts.
Jessica Alba has gone on the record saying her breasts are saggy since having a child and Jennifer Aniston has told reporters that her derriere is her biggest challenge. Even fitness expert Jillian Michaels struggles with her body and admits that her butt is her least favorite body part.
