Unless you were blessed with incredible genes (we’re looking at you Heidi Klum), odds are that you’ve tried to lose weight at some point in your life. In fact, the Boston Medical Center reported last year that about 45 million Americans diet each year, spending about $33 billion on different weight loss products. So you could perhaps add dieting to the list of good ol’ American pastimes.
With countless diets out there ranging from the extreme to the simple, it can be really tough to decide on one. There is an endless stream of newstories and other information that constantly informs us of newer ways to lose weight. But what it really comes down to is that what works for one person may not necessarily work the same way for another.
