Whether it’s a foam, a cream, an oil, a balm or something else, face wash is pretty much one of the most basic beauty products. You use it every day and you’re probably loyal to one or two brands that just “work for your skin.” But what happens when you see a new face wash that’s so cool that you immediately think about cheating on your go-to? That’s what happened to me when I saw this video (and thousands of other people on the Internet)…and then watched it again about 10 times.

It’s called Evita Beauty Whip from Japanese skin care brand Kanebo, and it’s the prettiest cleanser we’ve ever seen. At first sight it looks like a regular face wash, but when you press down on the two tabs, the magic happens and it creates a beautiful rose out of foam, which resembles a thick shaving cream of sorts. It stays intact for a few seconds until you transfer it from the bottle to your hand where your body heat makes it melt a bit. Rumor has it that it even smells like roses too!
Right now we’re sad to report that you can’t find it anywhere else except Japan, but hopefully due to the social media stir surrounding this video, beauty brands will bring one to the U.S. very soon.
If the whipped formulation is intriguing, K-Beauty brand Cremorlab has a similar product (minus the rose detail) called Snow Falls Whipping Cleanser ($24) that’s ultra fluffy and feels so good on your skin.
